Only Transport Administration has the right to ask for data only after failure to pay the contractual penalty on time.The traffic register is a public database, the release of data with restricted access to which can be requested from the Transport Board if there is a legitimate interest in doing so. The Transport Authority shall determine the existence of a legitimate interest and decide on the release of data. In the case of contractual penalties imposed in a private car park, a legitimate interest exists only if the term for payment of the contractual penalty has expired and the claim has not been paid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Data on vehicle owners are not available to operators of private parking.
