In the Pärnu mnt 22 parking house FINEST, one can park with a mobile app or by buying a parking permit from the website www.parkimine.ee:
1) For mobile parking, use the zone VLP. Send a text message to the number 1902 -> To the SMS, write the car registration number and VLP (e.g. 123ABC VLP). To stop parking, call the number 1903. Every started 24 h is €5.
2) www.parkimine.ee -> Buy parking permit -> Pärnu mnt. 22 parking house zone FINEST -> Choose period (calendar day ticket) -> Enter the car plate number -> Use the promo code VLP.
