For violation of parking terms in municipal area there is imposed fine for delay (viivistasu otsus, VTO) and in private parking lot there is given a parking penalty (leppetrahv, LTR).

Complaints
Complaints should be presented in 30 days, if parking fine was made on City Street (fine for delay) and in 14 days, if parking fine was made in private parking lot (parking penalty).

NB! The principles relating to proccecing of personal data only apply to private law relationships. If you enter self-service regarding parking in a public paid parking area in Tallinn, the data will be processed in accordance with Tallinna parkimiskorralduse andmekogu põhimäärus and AS Ühisteenused will not process your data.
