After completing your purchase, you will be directed to the secure environment of Ühisteenused AS for payment where you will find is a pre-filled payment order, including the amount payable. After entering the card number, security code (a 3-digit code on the back of the card), and expiry date, Ühisteenused AS will authorise the transaction with the customer’s bank. Requesting the card data, SSL security protocol as well as MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs are used to ensure that information exchange does not reach unauthorised parties. If you are not satisfied with the product/service for some reason, in the case of credit card payment, you can submit an application for annulment of the transaction to the card payment centre. Ühisteenused AS is obliged to make a refund to the customer’s account within 14 days, as prescribed by law.
