Parking zones and rates in public unsupervised for-fee parking area in Tallinn are Kesklinn, Südalinn, Vanalinn and Pirita (read below).

 

Using free parking time

There is first 15 minutes of free parking if using parking clock (parking starting time has to be fixed). Parking clock or written notice with parking starting time has to be visible under vehicle windscreen .

15 minutes of free parking is valid only in city paid parking zone, it does not apply to private parking lots (free parking in private parking lots is valid where it is separately stated in parking circumstances).

We remind you that a public holiday does not release you from the obligation to pay a parking fee! On a public holiday, there is applied a parking rate, which is valid for the same weekday.

 

Parking zones and rates in public unsupervised for-fee parking area in Tallinn are following:

KESKLINN (Tallinn City Centre):

0,025 €/min = 1,5 €/h
150 € season ticket (30 days)
Paid parking: Mon-Fri 07:00-19:00, Sat 08:00-15:00. On Sundays parking is free.

The City Centre parking zone is bounded by the Bay of Tallinn, Kalasadama tänav, Põhja puiestee, Kotzebue tänav, Kopli tänav, Telliskivi tänav, the railway, Filtri tee, Odra tänav, K. Türnpu tänav, J. Vilmsi tänav, Gonsiori tänav, Rohelise aasa, L. Koidula tänav, J. Poska tänav, Narva maantee, Bensiini tänav, Pikksilma tänav and the Bay of Tallinn.

 

SÜDALINN (Downtown):

0,08 €/min = 4,8 €/h
250 € season ticket (30 days)
Paid parking twenty-four hours a day (incl. public holidays).

The Downtown parking zone is bounded by Vabaduse väljak, Kaarli puiestee, Toompuiestee, Tõnismäe, Pärnu maantee, Liivalaia tänav, Pronksi tänav, Jõe tänav, Ahtri tänav, Mere puiestee, Viru väljak, Pärnu maantee and Vabaduse väljak and is located within the Rannamäe tee 1 car park.

 

VANALINN (Tallinn Old Town):

0,10 €/min = 6 €/h
300 € season ticket (30 days)
Paid parking twenty-four hours a day (incl. public holidays).

The Old Town parking zone is bounded by Toompuiestee, Kaarli puiestee, Vabaduse väljak, Pärnu maantee, Viru väljak, Mere puiestee, Rannamäe tee and Toompuiestee.

 

PIRITA (Jõesuu tee 3 and Jõesuu tee 5)

0,01 €/min = 0,6€/h

Paid is parking May 15th – September 15th from 10AM to 10PM (incl. public holidays).

 

For short-term parking it is possible to pay via mobile parking or parking machines.

Long term electornic parking permits can be bought from www.parkimine.ee self service.
